PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Little East Conference (LEC) announced its women’s golf weekly award winner for the week ending September 27, 2026. Eastern Connecticut State University’s Caroline Goderre swept the conference’s weekly honors, earning both Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week after competing in two tournaments.
Player & Rookie of the Week – Caroline Goderre, Eastern Connecticut
Goderre captured her second individual tournament title of the season at the Keene State Invitational, carding an 82 to win the event by six strokes at the par-72, 5,924-yard Keene Country Club. The first-year golfer from Lebanon, Conn., helped Eastern Connecticut finish second among four teams at the event.
Goderre followed that performance with a fourth-place finish at the Albertus Magnus Invitational, shooting an 88 at the par-71, 4,968-yard New Haven Country Club. She finished five strokes behind the individual champion as Eastern Connecticut placed third in the three-team field.
Her performances across the two tournaments earned her both LEC Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week honors.
