Diver of the Week

Riley Mahoney (Oakham, Mass.) - Senior - Husson
Mahoney swept the diving events in the Eagles’ double dual meet against Keene State (124-152) and Maine Maritime (176-106) Saturday, totaling 225.05 points in the six-dive one-meter competition and 130.00 points in the five-dive one-meter event.

Swimmer of the Week

Mic Hujus (Westtown, N.Y.) - Junior - University of New England
Hujus totaled eight first-place finishes over a pair of dual meet wins for the Nor'easters last week. In a 169-99 win over Simmons, the junior won the 50 freestyle (24.83) and 100 freestyle (54.57) events, while taking the closing leg for the winning 200 medley relay (1:59.34) and the opening leg of the 200 freestyle relay (1:47.39).

In a 191-18 rout of  Saint Joseph's (Maine), Hujus won the 50 backstroke (29.29) 50 butterfly (27.71) and 50 freestyle (25.36) and took the opening leg of the winning 200 freestyle relay (1:50.22) with a 25.49 second split.

Rookie Swimmer of the Week

Bella Shrewsbury (Lynnfield, Mass.) - Freshman - University of New England
Shrewsbury had a trio of first-place finishes in UNE’s win over Simmons, winning the 50 backstroke (30.95) and taking a leg of the winning 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay events. She was third in the 100 freestyle at 1:00.39. She had the top time in the 100 free style (59.35) and was runner-up in the 50 freestyle (27.22) and 100 IM (1:09.79) in the Nor’easters’ triumph over the Monks.
