PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Little East Conference (LEC) announced its women’s cross country weekly award winners for the week ending September 20, 2026. Keene State College’s Kallie Warner was named Runner of the Week, while the University of Southern Maine’s Ava Collamore was selected as Rookie of the Week following their performances last week.

Runner of the Week – Kallie Warner, Keene State

Warner led Keene State with an 11th-place finish at the Cardinal Invitational, completing the 6-kilometer course in 22:24.2. The junior from Buxton, Maine, finished 11th in a field of 101 runners at a meet that featured a nationally ranked team. Warner’s performance helped the Owls place fourth among eight teams with 132 points, finishing ahead of regionally ranked Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Rookie of the Week – Ava Collamore, Southern Maine

Collamore placed 55th overall at the Maine State Meet, completing the 6-kilometer course in 23:30.3. The first-year runner from Waldoboro, Maine, helped Southern Maine finish sixth among 11 teams at the meet.
