PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Little East Conference (LEC) announced its annual men’s tennis major award recipients and all-conference teams Thursday morning, following a vote of the league’s head coaches.
Singles Player of the Year: Quentin Wilkins Salem State
- Posted a near-perfect record of 5-1 at No. 1 singles in LEC matches this season
- Finished the year with an overall record of 8-1 this season in singles play, all at the top of the lineup.
- Was additionally 5-4 in doubles play, all at No. 1.
Doubles Team of the Year: Travis Chartier / Noah Morin, Rhode Island College
- Posted a record of 4-1 at No. 1 doubles in LEC matches this season
- Finished the year with an overall record of 8-2 this season in singles play, all at the top of the lineup.
Rookie of the Year: Dominik Dwyer, UMass Boston
- Posted a near-perfect record of 5-1 at No. 1 singles in LEC matches this season
- Finished the year with an overall record of 9-5 this season in singles play, all at the top of the lineup.
- Was additionally 9-5 in doubles play, all at No. 1.
Coach of the Year: Adam Spring, Rhode Island College
- Guided the Anchormen to an overall record of 12-1 entering the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
- RIC won its first-ever LEC regular season title with a perfect 6-0 conference record.
- Lead RIC to its first-ever LEC tournament title wins over WestConn and 2024 LEC champion Bridgewater State.
