Poirier tied for first of 51 competitors with a three-under par 69 at the USM Husky Classic on Sunday - he had seven birdies, and was five-under 31 through the front nine. This was his second time being a co-medalist this season.

Sam Knight (Madison, Wisc.) - Freshman - VTSU Castleton
Knight tied for fifth place, going even for a 72 at the USM Husky Classic. This was his second contest in a row with a top-five finish for the Spartans, who placed sixth of 10 teams at the tournament.
