Player of the Week
 
Josh Lopes (Taunton, Mass.) - Sophomore - Guard - UMass Dartmouth
Lopes was named the LEC Player of the Week after averaging 22.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and two steals per game in a 2-0 week for the Corsairs in league play, during which he shot 51 percent (19-of-37) from the field. He opened the week scoring 23 points on 10-of-21 shooting to go with nine boards, two assists and two steals in an 83-78 win over Eastern Connecticut, and then dropped in 22 points on 9-of-16 shooting from the floor, which included going 3-for-5 from three, with four boards, three assists and two steals in a 96-77 victory over Plymouth State.
 
Rookie of the Week
 
C.J. Wilson (Hartford, Conn.) - Freshman - Guard - Rhode Island College
Wilson was named the LEC Rookie of the Week after averaging 12 points, seven rebounds, 6.5 assists and three steals per game in a 2-0 week for the Anchormen. He posted a career-high 18 points to go along with eight boards, seven assists and three steals in an 87-72 win over UMass Boston, which saw him go 4-for-4 from the field and 10--for-10 at the charity stripe. Wilson opened the week netting six points with six rebounds, six assists and three steals in a 70-66 league win over Southern Maine.
