PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Little East Conference (LEC) announced its field hockey weekly award winners for the week ending September 27, 2026. Eastern Connecticut State University’s Audrey Molin was named Offensive Player of the Week, while Keene State College’s Elyse Picard earned Defensive Player of the Week honors and Tori Kelly was selected as both Goalkeeper and Rookie of the Week.

Offensive Player of the Week – Audrey Molin, Eastern Connecticut

Molin powered the Warriors to a 4-3 overtime victory over the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.), accounting for three of Eastern Connecticut’s four goals. The junior forward recorded a hat trick on three shots, with all three attempts landing on goal, and finished with six points. Molin capped her performance by scoring the game-winning goal in overtime and also converted her lone penalty stroke attempt. The three-goal outing brought her season total to 13, which leads the Little East by six goals.

Defensive Player of the Week – Elyse Picard, Keene State

Picard made an impact on both ends of the field as Keene State went 2-0 with victories over Smith College and Thomas College. The senior midfielder recorded a crucial defensive save in the Owls’ 3-2 win over Smith, helping preserve the victory. She followed with a goal and an assist for three points in Keene State’s 4-3 win over Thomas. Picard finished the week with one defensive save, one goal and one assist. 

Goalkeeper & Rookie of the Week – Tori Kelly, Keene State

Kelly earns both Goalkeeper and Rookie of the Week honors after helping Keene State post a pair of victories. The first-year goalkeeper totaled 16 saves over 140 minutes in the cage, allowing five goals for a 2.14 goals-against average and a .762 save percentage. 

Kelly delivered a key performance in the Owls’ 3-2 win over Smith, making 11 saves with an .846 save percentage over 80 minutes. She then stopped four of five attempts in the penalty shootout to help secure the victory in the first shootout of her collegiate career. Kelly added five saves in Keene State’s 4-3 win over Thomas to close out the week.
