Offensive Player of the Week

Katelyn D'Appolonia (Yarmouth, Maine) - Graduate Student - Midfield - Southern Maine
D'Appolonia had four goals and five assists to go with 12 ground balls, eight draw controls and six caused turnovers in a 2-0 week for the Huskies. She had a goal, two assists, six GBs, three draw controls and caused four turnovers on Thursday in a 9-5 win over University of New England. She then had three goals, three assists, five draw controls, six ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers in an 11-4 win over Bridgwater State on road Friday.

Defensive Player of the Week

Cierra Hill (Pembroke, Maine) - Senior - Midfield - Southern Maine
Hill had six ground balls, six caused turnovers, four goals and three assists in a 2-0 week for the Huskies, who allowed just nine total goals for the week. She had a pair of goals with three caused turnovers, two draw controls and two ground balls in a 9-5 win over University of New England before tallying two goals, three assists, four ground balls and three caused turnovers in an 11-4 win over Bridgewater State.

Goalkeeper of the Week

Emma Morrison (Rockland, Maine) - Freshman - Southern Maine
Morrison was 2-0 between the pipes for the Huskies, running her record to 3-0 with a 6.12 goals against average through the first three games of her collegiate career. 

Rookie of the Week

Cat Whitehouse (Newington, Conn.) - Freshman - Midfield - UMass Dartmouth
Whitehouse led all rookie scorers in a 1-1 week for the Corsairs, as she notched three goals with four assists for seven points with five ground balls and three caused turnovers. She recorded a goal and a team-high four assists in a 14-6 win over Maine Maritime, which saw her assist on three straight goals to open the game and give UMD a 3-1 advantage. The rookie scored two goals in a 17-5 loss at Worcester State.
