Player of the Week

Evan Brown (Little Silver, N.J.) - Sophomore - Forward - Babson
Brown put together a four-point weekend with a pair of game-winning goals and two assists to help No. 10 Babson remain unbeaten on the road. He scored the go-ahead goal at 7:52 of the third period in the Beavers’ eventual 4-1 victory at UMass Dartmouth on Friday night and followed it up with three points, including an assist on the tying goal at 18:59 of the third period and the game-winning tally with 50 seconds left in OT of Saturday’s 5-4 triumph at UMass Boston.

Goaltender of the Week

Anthony Beaulieu (Lawrence, Mass.) - Sophomore - New England College
It was another strong showing for Beaulieu on Saturday as he made 31 saves in a dominant 5-1 win over LEC preseason favorite Plymouth State. He conceded just one power-play goal in the first period before shutting out the Panthers the rest of the way with an overall .969 save percentage for the contest.

Rookie of the Week

Lukas Bukatovs (Jelgava, Latvia) - Freshman - Goaltender - Vermont State Castleton
Bukatovs made his first-ever appearances at home this weekend, backstopping a 2-0-0 weekend for the Spartans while posting a 1.00 goals against average and .962 save percentage. Bukatovs totaled 24 saves in a 6-2 win over Western Connecticut on Friday evening before blanking Keene State, 6-0, on Saturday afternoon as he turned away 27 shots. The first year recorded the first two victories of his collegiate career while earning his first career shutout against the Owls.
