Offensive Player of the Week
Grace Bazin (Westminster, Vt.) - Senior - Forward - Keene State
Bazin was once again named the LEC Offensive Player of the Week after tallying three goals in a 1-1 week for the Owls. She scored a pair of goals, including the game-winner, in a 4-2 conference victory at UMass Dartmouth after accounting for Keene State’s lone goal in a 4-1 non-conference setback at Western New England.
Goalkeeper of the Week
Natalie Merrick (East Longmeadow, Mass.) - Freshman - Plymouth State
Merrick went 2-0 while posting a 1.00 goals against and .917 save percentage to lead the Panthers to a pair of non-conference wins last week. She made 13 saves in a 6-2 win over Rivier on Wednesday, then notched her first career shutout with nine saves in a 3-0 win at Dean on Friday.
Rookie of the Week
Claire Toleman (Cambridge, N.Y.) - Freshman - Forward -Plymouth State
Toleman scored her first two career goals to help the Panthers to wins over Rivier and Dean last week. After Rivier pulled within 2-1 on Wednesday, Toleman’s first collegiate tally sparked a game-clinching 3-0 spurt as the Panthers closed out a 6-2 win. In Friday’s win at Dean, Toleman capped the scoring with a fourth-quarter tally to put the game out of reach.
