PROVIDENCE, R.I. - A total of 28 Little East Conference (LEC) field hockey, men's golf, and men's and women's lacrosse student-athletes representing five member institutions have been named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators (CSC). Academic All-District honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in mid-July.
To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically and maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average, and meet the CSC competitive requirements of their respective sport. In addition, the institution’s athletic communications staff must be dues-paying members of the organization.
