Player of the Week

Breanna Ricker (Laconia, N.H.) - Junior - Forward - Norwich
Ricker was electric for the Cadets this week, totaling four goals and setting up another as the Cadets opened LEC play with a pair of victories. She had a goal and an assist in a 5-0 home win over Vermont State Castleton Friday night and put up a hat trick in a 6-1 triumph at Keene State Saturday, with two of those goals coming on the power play. 

Goaltender of the Week

Ai Chung (Kaohsiung City, Taiwan) - Sophomore - Keene State
Chung posted a 1-1 record in goal for the Owls last week, totalling 103 saves and posting a .936 save percentage. She had 35 stops in a 2-1 league win over Plymouth State Friday night before tallying a program-record 68 saves in a conference setback to Norwich. 

Rookie of the Week

Ellin Rees (Cardiff, Wales) - Freshman - Defense - Norwich
Rees was a two-way force for Norwich as it opened league play with a pair of wins. On the defensive side, she helped Norwich allow one goal over the two games while turning in a +3 rating, and ranked up four points on two goals and two helpers. She had the eventual game-winner in the 5-0 win over the Spartans before scoring a pair of unassisted goals with one assist in defeating the Owls.
