Player of the Week

Kyle Douin (Augusta, Maine) - Senior - Southern Maine
Douin batted .421 (8-for-19) while slugging .947 in a 3-1 week for the Huskies, totaling six runs scored, nine RBI and five extra-base hits, including three triples. Douin was 1-for-5 with a triple and three RBI in a 21-3 win over Plymouth State to start the week before he went 2-for-5 with two triples, two runs scored and one RBI in a 21-12 non-conference win over Clark. In a 19-6 league victory over Keene State, Douin drove in five runs on a 5-for-6 effort at the plate that included a double and a home run.  

Pitcher of the Week

David Floyd (North Attleboro, Mass.) - Senior - Keene State
Floyd fired seven scoreless innings as the Owls handed visiting Southern Maine its first conference loss of the season Saturday, 6-1. He fanned six batters while working around two hits and four walks to earn the decision.

Rookie of the Week

Dylan Agvent (Orange, Conn.) - Freshman - UMass Boston
Agvent batted .450 (9-for-20) with three doubles, three RBI and seven runs scored in a 3-2 week for the Beacons, which he capped by going a combined 5-for-8 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored in a Little East sweep of Vermont State Castleton, which included going 4-for-5 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in the 13-12 game-two win. He was additionally 3-for-4 with a double, four runs scored and one RBI in a wild 17-15 setback versus Suffolk in non-conference action.
