PROVIDENCE, R.I. - D3hoops.com announced its annual all-region teams and major award winners Monday, with University of Southern Maine senior Jaycie Christopher named the Region 2 Player of the Year and USM head coach David Chadbourne named Region 2 Coach of the Year.

Jaycie Christopher - Senior - Guard - Southern Maine

• 2025-26 LEC First Team All-Conference and All-Defensive Team selection.
• Started in all 27 games to-date for the Huskies in 2025-26.

David Chadbourne - Head Coach - Southern Maine

• 2025-26 LEC Coach of the Year
• Guided Southern Maine to an overall record of 27-3 on its way to winning the LEC regular season and tournament titles.
• The Huskies advanced to the Sweet 16 round of the 2026 NCAA tournament.
• USM entered the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament ranked a season-high 21st in the WBCA Coaches Poll, and receiving votes in the D3hoops.com ranking.
