Rose Karow (South Yarmouth, Mass.) - Junior - Plymouth State
Karow was named the LEC Runner of the Week after posting a time of 11:31.34 at the 3K Suffolk Short Course Opener. She placed 20th overall, and was fourth among NCAA Division III competitors. The Panthers placed eighth among the 18 teams competing.

Emma Talon (Southington, Conn.) - Freshman - Plymouth State
Talon was named the LEC Rookie of the Week after posting a time of 11:51.30 at the 3K Suffolk Short Course Opener. She placed 33rd overall, and was ninth among NCAA Division III competitors.
