INDIANAPOLIS - A trio of Little East Conference cross country athletes have been selected to compete at the 2025 NCAA Division III National Championships, it was announced by the national office Sunday. They were among the 70 individuals selected, as being among the first seven student-athletes from each region who were not a part of a qualifying team.
Rhode Island College senior Haley Oliver will be the LEC’s lone competitor in the women’s national championship. The 2025 LEC Runner of the Year placed 19th at Saturday’s Mideast Regional with her time of 22:35.3
Keene State College junior Tyler Bolaske and UMass Dartmouth senior Cameron Thompson were selected to compete in the men’s national championship following strong performances at the East Regional Saturday. Bolaske placed third in 24:35.6, while Thompson placed 15th in 25:04.3.
Converse University and OneSpartanburg, Inc. are hosting the championships Nov. 22 at Roger Milliken Cross Country course at the Roger Milliken Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The men’s race will begin at 10 a.m. Eastern, followed by the women’s race at 11 a.m. Eastern.
A live webstream of the championships will occur on NCAA.com beginning at 10 a.m. Eastern time until the conclusion of the awards ceremony.
