Elliott powered the Cadets to a 5-2 win over LEC preseason favorite Plymouth State on Friday night with 2 goals and one assist. He potted the game-winning goal at 13:08 of the second period, which made it 3-0 Norwich at the time, after opening the scoring with a power play tally at 19:32 of the first.

Sami Molu (Toronto, Ont.) - Junior - Norwich
Molu backstopped the Cadets to a weekend sweep of Plymouth State and New England College, posting a 1.01 goals against average and .971 save percentage. He made 40 saves in the 5-2 victory over the LEC preseason favorite Panthers on Friday night, and followed with a 27-save shutout of the Pilgrims on Saturday. 

Rookie of the Week

Loic Morin (Drummondville, Que.) - Freshman - Goaltender - Southern Maine
Morin went 2-0 this weekend for the Huskies with 1.50 goals against average and .943 save percentage. He made 17 saves on Friday night in a 7-3 win over WestConn, and had a 33-save shutout on Saturday in a 3-0 win over Keene State.
