Runner of the Week
 
Haley Oliver (Coventry, R.I.) - Junior  - Rhode Island College
Oliver was named the LEC Runner of the Week after she placed sixth with a time of 19:49.60 to pace the Anchorwomen at the Trinity College Bantam Invitational (5K) Saturday. She was the top LEC performer in the race.
 
Rookie of the Week
 
Julia Szewc (Hermon, Maine) - Freshman - Southern Maine
Szewc was named the LEC Rookie of the Week after she placed 11th with a time of 14:04.3 University of New England’s Ron Ouellette Invitational (2.1 miles), helping the Huskies place second of seven teams Saturday. She was one of three USM runners in the top-15 of the event.
