Offensive Player of the Week
Catriona Gould (Freeport, Maine) - Senior - Forward - Southern Maine
Gould was named the LEC Offensive Player of the Week for the first time this season after totaling five goals and 11 total points in a 2-0-1 week for the Huskies. She recorded a hat trick in a 6-1 league victory over Plymouth State, scoring each of the first three USM goals in the opening 24 minutes, before scoring two goals with one assist in a 6-0 rout of Maine-Farmington in non-conference action. Gould leads the LEC in goal (8), game-winning goals (3) and points (17) this season.
Defensive Player of the Week
Alexa Skinner (Goffstown, N.H.) - Senior - Back - Keene State
Skinner was named the LEC Defensive Player of the Week for the first time this season after leading a back line that posted a pair of shutout victories in conference play. She helped limit Vermont State Castleton to just three shots on goal in a 5-0 victory, which saw her score one goal and set up another, before playing all 90 minutes of a 3-0 win over UMass Dartmouth, which was not credited with a shot until the 78th minute.
Goalkeeper of the Week
Breanna Atwood (Franklin, Mass.) - Senior - Southern Maine
Atwood was named the LEC Goalkeeper of the Week for the third time in as many weeks after going 2-0-1 with a 0.33 goals against average and .909 save percentage for the Huskies. She had two stops in the victory over Plymouth State and secured the lone shot on target she faced in the victory over Maine-Farmington. Atwood then capped the week with a seven-save performance in a scoreless draw with Bates. She is now 9-0-2 with a 0.47 goals against average and .919 save percentage this season, leading the LEC in goals against average, saves (57), save percentage and shutouts (5).
Rookie of the Week
Emily O'Connell (Plymouth, Mass.) - Freshman - Midfield - Keene State
O’Connell was named LEC Rookie of the Week for the first time this season after scoring what proved to be the game-winning goal in a 3-0 win over UMass Dartmouth and assisting on an goal in the Owls 5-0 rout of Vermont State Castleton. Her tally against the Corsairs was the first of her collegiate career.
