PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Top-seeded UMass Dartmouth and third-seeded Keene State College will once again play for the Little East Conference (LEC) Men’s Basketball Championship Tournament Final following their respective semifinal victories Thursday night.
No. 1 UMass Dartmouth 98, No. Plymouth State 86 - Box Score
UMass Dartmouth Leaders: Jake Ashworth poured in a game-high 30 points on 9-of-13 shooting from the floor, which included a 7-for-9 performance from three-point range. Close behind was Marcus Azor, who dropped 29 points on 10-of-12 shooting from the field and was 8-of-10 from the line. Azor also had eight boards and three assists, while Ashworth added four boards and two dimes.
Plymouth State Leaders: Giorgi Tsiklauri led the Panthers with 24 points on 10-of-21 shooting from the floor with eight boards. Kyler Bosse and Dante Rivera added 17 points and 15 points, respectively.
Inside the Numbers: The Corsairs shot 56 percent (31-of-55) from the field, 55 percent (12-of-22) from long distance and 74 percent (24-of-31) from the line, while the Panthers shot 46 percent (35-of-77) from the floor, 39 percent (10-of-26) from three and 46 percent (6-of-13) from the charity stripe.

Keene State Leaders: Octavio Brito led a balanced Owls attack with 17 points and six rebounds in the game. Jeff Hunter posted a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds, while James Anozie added 14 points and 11 boards for his own double-double. Jeric Cichon, Ryan Donahue and Nate Siow added nine points each.
Eastern Connecticut Leaders: Meikyle Murray led all scorers with 23 points while also totaling five rebounds, two blocks and two steals. Jalen Williams netted 14 points and led the team with six boards.
Inside the Numbers: The Owls shot 46 percent (29-of-63) for the game and were 79 percent (15-of-19) from the line. The Warriors shot just 35 percent (21-of-60) from the floor and 61 percent (11-of-18) from the line.
